Yoon Sohui, who was embroiled in a controversy over conceding victory on Netflix’s “Devil’s Plan 2,” is set to shine as the youngest brain on Channel A’s “Brain Academy.”
Yoon Sohui expressed her thoughts on her appearance, stating, “I wanted to appear on a quiz program at least once, and it was fun to do it with my close older brothers. I was worried about what questions might come up and whether I could comfortably solve the problems and talk about them, but when we started recording, it was comfortable and fun. I wondered if there could be such a comfortable recording while broadcasting.”
“Brain Academy” is a knowledge-packed quiz show where Jun Hyun-moo, Ha Seok-jin, Lee Sang-yeob, Yoon Sohui, Hwang Je-seong, and a team of the nation’s best scholars come together to solve high-quality quizzes. Each week, a master representing a specific field presents high-level step-by-step questions. Yoon Sohui graduated early from a science high school and majored in biotechnology at KAIST, earning the title of “gifted brain.”
Regarding Yoon Sohui, Hwang Je-seong noted, “The chemistry among us six is brought together by the masters who come every week. They are the focal point that unites us. In fact, I have become friends with everyone except for Yoon Sohui. I have a fear of actresses.”
Channel A’s “Brain Academy,” where you can solve quizzes and recharge your knowledge, will premiere on May 29 at 10 p.m.
