In "Brave Detectives 4," the detectives pursue a gruesome case to the end.

The 36th episode of "Brave Detectives 4" (directed by Lee Ji-seon), which will be broadcast on the 30th on T-Cast E Channel, features Detective Song Yeong-beom, Detective Ahn Jae-hwan, and former Commissioner Yoon Wae-chul of the Scientific Investigation Unit (KCSI) and Superintendent Kim Jin-soo, who will publicly reveal their investigation notes.

The broadcast that day will cover the mysterious murder case and the chilling serial murder revealed during an accidental stop-and-search. It begins with a report from a studio apartment complex manager who received a complaint about seeing a person's foot through a window across the street. The responding investigation team discovers a pool of blood at the entrance and finds a man lying face down, dead. Broken soju bottles and two soju glasses, along with different cigarette butts, suggest that there had been a struggle. The victim is a young man in his 20s, with over 40 stab wounds confirmed from the crown of his head to his neck and back.

Amidst the disappearance of the victim's computer, mobile phone, and credit card, a receipt is found during the search. It was a canceled payment record from a nearby karaoke room early in the morning two days before the report. CCTV footage captures the victim returning home with a man. It later reveals that the victim had been drinking with a close friend, raising the question of whether that friend committed the horrific murder, unveiling an unforeseen identity of the culprit.

Along with this, the case from the Scientific Investigation Unit will also be revealed. During patrol, police discover a suspicious man and initiate an identity check, to which he presents someone else's identification. In the trunk of the man’s vehicle, three mobile phones are found, along with an external hard drive, surgical gloves, two knives, women's underwear, and what appears to be a homemade model of a genitalia adult toy.

The external hard drive contains numerous videos of sadistic sexual crimes and 23 photographs of identifications, one of which is confirmed to be a victim who died eight years ago. The victim was discovered dead at home in a semi-nude state, with evidence of post-mortem sexual abuse revealed.

After persistent interrogation by the detectives, the man casually reveals the horrific crimes he committed in his own "playground" 14 years ago. The shocking identity of the serial killer who had lived as a lingerie thief for 14 years can be confirmed in the broadcast of "Brave Detectives 4."
