(Following interview①) Ra Miran shared her diet tips.

In particular, Ra Miran has recently succeeded in weight loss through a strict diet and consistent self-management, losing 13 kg and attracting attention.

Previously, during the movie ‘Citizen of a Kind,’ Ra Miran also declared her intention to diet and noted, “Since then, I haven’t been able to manage for a year. After experiencing such humiliation and failure, I started again last year, and it has been about a year now. I thought I should take it slowly and not be too ambitious. I planned for about a year. I’m still in progress,” she said, adding, “I’m 3 to 4 kg away from my goal. I have lost 13 kg so far.”

She continued, “I don’t do intense exercise; the diet is what I focus on most. I do Pilates once or twice a week. If I do cardio, I feel dizzy and my knees hurt, so I don’t push myself too hard. I do stretching and keep it light. The rest is mostly about the diet, which seems to occupy a large part.”

In particular, at the press conference for ‘Hi-Five,’ where she showcased a striking cropped fashion, she joked, “When I lose a bit of weight, I develop exposure syndrome. Since I have lost a lot, I gain a lot of confidence. I want to reveal some lines. Most people feel that way. But I still don’t think I can wear a crop top yet.”

Meanwhile, the upcoming movie ‘Hi-Five’ (directed by Hyung-chul Kang, distributed by NEW, produced by Annapurna Films), which is set to be released domestically on May 30, depicts a comic action story involving five individuals who accidentally gain different superpowers through an organ transplant and encounter those who seek their abilities.

Ra Miran plays the role of ‘Seonnyeo,’ a fresh manager who attempts various things to find her superpowers.
