Koyote's Kim Jongmin has spoken out regarding rumors of his departure from 'My Little Old Boy.'
On the 27th, a video titled "'Cha'amm Na 'Jong'mal 'Jun'nae Wootgim" was uploaded to the 'TEO TEO' channel. On this day, in 'Salon Drip 2,' Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Jongmin, and Lee Jun appeared as guests.
Cha Tae-hyun mentioned about Kim Jongmin, who recently got married, saying, "He will go on his honeymoon at the end of May." Jang Doyoun asked, "Where to?" and Cha Tae-hyun replied, "France. I will be gone for 3 weeks." He said, "I asked everything. So I asked if I was going for too long. If you go on a honeymoon for 3 weeks and end up separating, what will happen?"
Kim Jongmin was astonished, saying, "As soon as I got here, they started cursing me," and Lee Jun revealed, "The first thing he said was, 'Why do you look so old?'' which drew laughter.
Then Kim Jongmin said, "How long has it been since I got married? It's only been a week. While next to me, Producer Kim Tae-ho said that many people have divorced suddenly," and Cha Tae-hyun explained, "When I jokingly said, 'What if you separate if you go on your honeymoon for too long?' Producer Tae-ho chimed in, saying, 'Many people have divorced because of that,' and 'there are many who come back after separating.'"
Kim Jongmin said, "Just cursing," and Cha Tae-hyun responded, "It was just a joke," but also noted, "However, 3 weeks is really long. That's impressive."
Jang Doyoun said, "Still, the broadcasting industry is helping out," and Kim Jongmin expressed gratitude, saying, "They helped a lot." He is currently appearing on KBS2's '1 Night 2 Days,' SBS's 'My Little Old Boy,' and Channel A's 'I Am Now Going to Meet.'
In response, Cha Tae-hyun asked, "In any case, won't you be able to appear on 'My Little Old Boy' now that you are married?" Jang Doyoun also mentioned, "There's been a lot of talk about that. Since you've gotten married," referring to the rumors of his departure from 'My Little Old Boy.' Cha Tae-hyun pushed, "Why would you appear on 'My Little Old Boy' if you are married?" and Lee Jun added, "So you will be leaving?"
In response, Kim Jongmin said, "Even after getting married, I still do bad things, so what?" Jang Doyoun burst into laughter, asking, "If you keep being unfilial, can you still leave, regardless of marriage?"
In reply, Cha Tae-hyun expressed his concern, saying, "I was worried because even if it's not related, (Kim) Junho and 'Dolsing Four Men' might not be able to appear, and 'My Little Old Boy' might not be able to appear. I heard that (Lee) Sangmin is getting married soon, so 'My Little Old Boy' might not be able to appear either, and 'Dolsing Four Men' might disappear?" raising speculation about its cancellation.
Jang Doyoun expressively said, "I don't know," and asked, "Hasn't there been any talk with 'My Little Old Boy'?" Kim Jongmin replied, "I don't really know," and Cha Tae-hyun asked, "What will you do if they tell you to stop appearing on 'My Little Old Boy'?" Kim Jongmin reacted coolly, saying, "There's nothing I can do, I guess," while adding, "But if there's ever a need..." causing more laughter.
Meanwhile, Kim Jongmin got married to a non-celebrity entrepreneur 11 years his junior at the Shilla Hotel's Yeongbin Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 20th of last month.
