In that day’s opening, Moon Se-yoon stated, 'The entertainment industry in South Korea is in big trouble. It’s an emergency. South Korea is a mess. Mr. Cho Sae-ho suffered a serious injury, but he came despite it.' Cho Sae-ho revealed, 'I had to come. Perhaps because my immunity has weakened recently, I had a serious inflammation in my lymph nodes that I had surgery on this Wednesday. I had it the day before yesterday.' Kim Jong-min said, 'You didn't have to come, but if you rest...' to which Cho Sae-ho responded, 'I was worried that if I didn’t come, something worse would happen,' revealing his determination to secure his spot.
However, in that day’s opening, Cho Sae-ho was supposed to enter, but he requested, 'Water should not come in,' saying, 'I will keep my promise.' Upon hearing this, Moon Se-yoon suggested, 'Then I will lift my lower body like this to do some 'bracing,' causing laughter.
Afterward, Moon Se-yoon, Dean, and Yoo Seon-ho formed the pink team, while Kim Jong-min, Cho Sae-ho, and Lee Jun became the blue team to compete in a tug-of-war. During this time, guests Park Bo-gum and Lee Sang-yi joined the tug-of-war. The game ended with the pink team's victory, which included Park Bo-gum, and the members were astonished by the unexpected appearance of the luxurious guests.
When asked why Park Bo-gum appeared on '2 Days & 1 Night,' he expressed, 'I enjoyed watching 'Moon Se-yoon's Bap Bibille.' Moreover, Park Bo-gum had once appeared on '2 Days & 1 Night' about 9 years ago. In response, Kim Jong-min revealed, 'I almost died because of him,' attracting attention. The Bo-gum team, which went first, answered a total of six questions correctly, while the Sang team quickly matched answers with foods beginning with the same first letter. Then, when 'Shin-nam' came up, Lee Sang-yi shouted 'Shin X-Myeon,' causing everyone to burst into laughter. Additionally, when 'Meoosuk' was mentioned, he responded with 'Moron.' Ultimately, the Sang team, having solved a total of ten problems, emerged victorious, with Park Bo-gum handing a 1,000 won bill to Cho Sae-ho, requesting 'one more,' showcasing his full adaptation to '2 Days & 1 Night.'
Moon Se-yoon suggested, 'Let’s split the 100 points. I have no confidence in making you laugh more than this.' Dean proposed, 'Since there’s going to be a rematch, how about just giving us drinks?' To this, the producer explained, 'Coffee will go to the Bo-gum team, while the points will be awarded to the Sang team.'

Lee Sang-yi then asked, 'What was the cause?' inquiring about the reason for Cho Sae-ho's lymph node surgery, to which Cho Sae-ho confessed, 'Failure in self-management. My immunity dropped, so I should have taken better care of myself.' Yoo Seon-ho inquired, 'Will you be okay by the next filming?' while Dean confidently stated, 'You won’t be able to come.' Cho Sae-ho cautiously added, 'I think I need to be looked after,' and Dean asked, 'When will Jong-min hyung return?' Kim Jong-min replied, 'After the next filming,' leading Dean to remark, 'So you can't come for the filming after next? Then if both of you come, wouldn’t that be alright?' which embarrassed the two.
Kim Jong-min remarked, 'I don't think that would work,' but the producer immediately called out, 'It’s on June 6 and 7,' extending an invitation to Lee Sang-yi and Park Bo-gum. Cho Sae-ho expressed his betrayal, saying, 'That’s amazing, right in front of me,' while Park Bo-gum lamented, 'I should come then, when the weather is nice.' Dean added, 'You can come again,' causing laughter.
After disembarking at their destination, the members took a boat to Gyeong-do Island. The final mission was a 'Moment Capture' worth 500 points. The person who answers correctly stands up, and the first team to have all members answer correctly wins. The game ended with the Bo-gum team’s victory, and the Bo-gum team tasted the grilled eel hotpot while being watched by the Sang team. The producer said, 'The Sang team will also get a meal,' providing vegetables and assorted mushrooms for the hungry Sang team. Meanwhile, an extra problem was raised where members would get the chance to taste eel, but only Cho Sae-ho, Lee Jun, and Kim Jong-min succeeded in succession, bringing laughter.
Moon Se-yoon stated, 'As guests, they must be offered at least one bite since they came all the way to Yeosu,' secretly preparing eel for Lee Sang-yi, whereas Dean snitched, 'Sang-yi gets to eat eel!' showing an annoying attitude and exhibiting chemistry with Lee Sang-yi, who is the same age.
Meanwhile, after the meal, the members headed to the dessert holy land, Yi Sun-sin Square. The mission involved buying the desired dessert. However, if anyone calls out before they receive the dessert, it immediately results in a mission failure. Despite one person being eliminated, the mission can continue as long as one person is still in the game. The members worried, 'How can we not recognize Park Bo-gum and Lee Sang-yi?' and Lee Jun asked, 'Can we disguise ourselves?'
The producer replied, 'It’s possible unless you completely cover your face,' and Lee Jun suddenly changed his expression by creating double eyelids, bringing surprise. In response, Lee Sang-yi showcased his talent of transforming into another person, changing with just glasses and a hat, garnering envy from the members. Park Bo-gum similarly covered half his face with a beanie and hood, while Dean announced the start of the game while disguised with glasses, increasing anticipation for the results.
