'Salim Nam' stimulated the excitement of Park Seo-jin's younger sister, Hyo-jung, and conveyed the touching friendship of Sechs Kies.

In the episode aired on the 24th on KBS2 'Salim Man' (hereafter referred to as 'Salim Nam'), the second story of Park Seo-jin siblings' first haenyeo experience and the reunion after 10 years of Sechs Kies’ Ko Ji-yong, Eon Ji-won, and Jang Su-won, the third main character of 'Memory Salim Nam' were depicted. The ratings recorded a nationwide average of 6.1%, while the scene showing Eon Ji-won, Ko Ji-yong, and Jang Su-won reminiscing about their Sechs Kies activities achieved a peak rating of 6.7%.

On that day, actor Kim Dong-jun, who is from the group Empire of the Sun, appeared as a special MC. The cast of 'Salim Nam' recalled Kim Dong-jun's impressive performance as Hyeon-jong in KBS's historical drama 'Goryeo-Khitan War' and imitated his vocal tone, bringing laughter.

Following this, Park Seo-jin revealed his first haenyeo experience with Hyo-jung, continuing from last week. Earlier, Park Seo-jin undertook the haenyeo experience to cheer up his father, who was feeling down from bragging about a friend’s grandson, and to help him regain his spirits. During this, a 40-year veteran haenyeo from Samcheok and her son, a 3-year-experienced haenyeo with a good appearance, assisted Park Seo-jin and Hyo-jung.

Park Seo-jin, true to his background as a young fisherman from Samcheok, showcased outstanding swimming skills and displayed excellent talent in harvesting seafood. As a result, the 40-year veteran haenyeo acknowledged his ability by saying, 'He could become a haenyeo.'

In the meantime, Hyo-jung struggled to learn diving from Haenam. However, Hyo-jung couldn't help but smile at Haenam's good looks and sweet demeanor. Particularly, Haenam showed a caring side by being considerate of Hyo-jung, prompting her to admire, 'He's someone I can't find in our family.'

Watching Hyo-jung and Haenam grow closer brought a satisfied smile to Park Seo-jin's face. He joked, 'I received a lot of (material) compliments, but Park Hyo-jung seemed to struggle a bit. But does she really need to be perfect? She can catch something else. She can catch love.' As Haenam consistently showed kindness to Hyo-jung, Park Seo-jin smiled pleasantly. In a follow-up conversation, Park Seo-jin shared, 'A man has to see what a man sees, and when I saw Haenam taking good care of Park Hyo-jung, I thought he seemed like a good man.'

Subsequently, Park Seo-jin secretly invited his parents to a meal with Haenam and his mother to facilitate a quick meeting of families. While Haenam was preparing food, Park Seo-jin's family joyfully imagined connecting Haenam and Hyo-jung, and Park Seo-jin even mentioned, 'You will soon see a grandchild,' jokingly. In response, Park Seo-jin's father smiled widely and said to his wife, 'It seems we won't have to wait long to see a grandchild either.'

Then, Hyo-jung said, 'The three of us are drinking kimchi soup. Does the other person think I like them?' but couldn't hide her smile. Throughout the meal, Haenam was consistently caring towards Hyo-jung, and seeing her eat well, he said, 'Her eating looks really pretty. I like girls who eat well,' which created a warm atmosphere. Ultimately, all of Park Seo-jin's family showed affection for Haenam's charm, raising their expectations for their relationship's progression.

The reunion scene of the third main characters, Ko Ji-yong, Eon Ji-won, and Jang Su-won from 'Memory Salim Nam,' was also unveiled. The three, who reunited about 10 years after Sechs Kies’ reformation, shared a deep sense of joy, and Eon Ji-won, who rushed over, warmly embraced Ko Ji-yong as he greeted him. Eon Ji-won noticed Ko Ji-yong’s changed appearance and said, 'I’m relieved he's gained some weight and is better off than I feared,' to which Ko Ji-yong explained, 'Back then, my overall health wasn’t good. I drank a lot due to stress, and I was busy; my liver was not great, and my overall balance was off.' He added, 'Now, I feel much better.'

Subsequently, Ko Ji-yong and Jang Su-won naturally discussed parenting and posed questions to Eon Ji-won about marriage and plans for children. Eon Ji-won candidly shared, '(Having a child) seems to be rude to the child and I might not be around when they go to college.' He humorously added, 'I will get married, though. Otherwise, I might genuinely die alone. I should at least have someone who can call 119 when I collapse.'

As they celebrated their 28th anniversary of their debut, the three reminisced about behind-the-scenes stories from their Sechs Kies activities. While looking back at old photos and interviews from their past activities, they laughed as they recalled the fight scenes between Eon Ji-won and Ko Ji-yong during the filming of the movie 'SEVENTEEN.' They fondly reminisced, 'It’s fun to think about the old days,' and 'Those times were enjoyable.'

Finally, Ko Ji-yong expressed, 'It’s so nice to see you all after such a long time,' and Jang Su-won also remarked, 'I thought it might feel awkward since it’s been a while, but it didn’t at all.' Eon Ji-won shared, 'I was really worried, but I’m glad you look much healthier than before. Please take good care of your health moving forward,' extending warm regards to Ko Ji-yong.

In this episode of 'Salim Nam,' the pink atmosphere flowing between Hyo-jung and Haenam sparked excitement, and Park Seo-jin's reactions while watching added more laughter. Additionally, Ko Ji-yong, Eon Ji-won, and Jang Su-won of Sechs Kies provided deep emotional resonance as they met again after 10 years.

Meanwhile, the preview released at the end of the broadcast depicted Shin Ji and Ji Sang-ryeol undergoing a traditional wedding ceremony. The two have previously formed a peculiar atmosphere during the broadcast. Although Shin Ji has tried to block questions related to Ji Sang-ryeol every time she appeared as a special MC, the scenes of them holding a traditional wedding and even sharing a kiss on the cheek sparked curiosity.

'Salim Nam' airs every Saturday at 9:20 p.m. on KBS2.
