Choi Joon-hee expressed her affection for her aunt grandmother.
On the 24th, Choi Joon-hee posted a message on her social media saying, "My grandmother. What are you doing so adorably" along with a screenshot.
The revealed screenshot contained a conversation she had with "MAMA". She said, "I was going to bring some watermelon and go to the hospital," and Choi Joon-hee replied, "In a meeting. No, no."
Then, along with the watermelon, she sent a photo with a note that read "ㅠㅠ," catching Choi Joon-hee's attention.
Earlier, Choi Joon-hee revealed that the person she referred to as 'MAMA' is her aunt grandmother. She explained, "To me, she was just someone who filled the role of a mother, so I only have one mom, Mrs. Park. That's why I saved her as MaMa."
She added, "The reason I am reposting this to clarify is that I hope an article is not published misinterpreting my grandmother, who raised me and whom I love dearly, as someone else."
Meanwhile, Choi Joon-hee is the daughter of the late actress Choi Jin-sil, and she won the Rising Star award at an awards ceremony last March. She was also highlighted for not mentioning her maternal grandmother, who was embroiled in rumors of family conflict, during the ceremony.
