Actress Jin Seo-yeon surprised Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube with her carefree appearance on 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2'.
The episode of MBN and Channel S's entertainment show 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2' that aired on the 23rd showed Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube visiting famous restaurants in the Gangneung and Donghae area.
Jun Hyun-moo suggested to Kwak Tube, "We’re going to eat Jang-kal-guksu in Gangwon-do," proposing to visit two famous places in Donghae City.
The owner of the Jang-kal-guksu restaurant Jun Hyun-moo visited noted, "I’ve worked here for a long time. It’s been 20 years since I started this Jang-kal-guksu restaurant. On busy days, I sell about 400 to 500 bowls of noodles," and revealed, "I use the most expensive gochujang. I mix it with the broth made from radish, kelp, and the anchovy stock. I use green onions and chives, varying them by season."
The owner of the Jang-kal-guksu restaurant visited by Kwak Tube, who boasts of a clearer broth, added 'naengi' as a point. Kwak Tube exclaimed, "It doesn’t seem like they’re just saying it’s the original. The depth of the sauce is truly different. Potatoes and pumpkin are included, and there’s also naengi," showing appreciation. Kwak Tube added, "It seems rather than being rivals, they both have different charms. So there are many people trying to visit both restaurants," wishing for the success of the two restaurants.
Jin Seo-yeon joined in Gangneung. He, who usually enjoys healthy food, was quite pleased to hear they were going to eat tofu. The taste of the restaurant, which makes tofu using noticeable traditional methods such as cultivating Cheongyang beans from Samcheok in Gangwon-do, soaking for 12 hours in winter and 6 hours in summer, grinding the beans, and straining the bean water through cloth, was rich and savory.
Kwak Tube said, "I wanted to add soy sauce at first, but the soft tofu really tastes nutty like I’m eating soup with burnt rice," expressing his admiration. Kwak Tube noted, "I actually don’t like healthy food. It doesn’t sit well with my stomach. I often go on diets and usually eat just one meal a day," revealing his innermost thoughts.
In contrast, Jin Seo-yeon, who lost more than 28 kg on a health diet for 40 days, shared, "I eat natto, peeling about three packs. I add only the yolk and then put the shredded kimchi on top, mixing it like bibimbap. However, I don’t eat rice." Jun Hyun-moo asked, "How long do you do that kind of lifestyle?" to which Jin Seo-yeon responded, "I eat like that 100% of the time," impressing everyone.
Jin Seo-yeon also revealed, "I met my husband while dancing at a club in Itaewon. He is seven years older than me. We both can’t drink much, so we met while enjoying dancing. We registered our marriage just three months after meeting," sharing the surprising details of their first meeting when he was 29 years old.
Above all, Jin Seo-yeon recalled, "In fact, 'Docu' had a exposure scene. Yet, my husband encouraged me, saying, 'This is a cool role. You must do it,'" shocking everyone with her memory of not giving up on her dream of becoming an actress, despite having a daring exposure scene reserved for the future, thanks to her husband's full support.
