The group NewBeat (NEWBEAT) heated up their first outing at 'KCON JAPAN 2025'.

The showcase and pre-show video featuring NewBeat (Park Min-seok, Hong Min-seong, Jeon Yeo-yeong, Choi Seo-hyun, Kim Tae-yang, Jo Yoon-hoo, Kim Ri-woo) were released on the official KCON channel on the 19th and 23rd, respectively.

First, NewBeat appeared in outfits that radiated a strong hip-hop feel, gracing the first stage of the showcase. On that day, the members presented various performances, including the title track 'Flip the Coin' from their first regular album 'RAW AND RAD' and the pre-release track 'JeLLo' along with cover stages.

In the following pre-show, NewBeat emerged in street fashion that combined Y2K sensibility with a school uniform vibe, performing the stages of 'Flip the Coin' and 'JeLLo'. The members displayed a grand performance full of explosive energy alongside 12 dancers, leaving a strong impression as a 5th generation super rookie.

NewBeat released their first regular album 'RAW AND RAD' in March and stepped into the music world through Mnet's debut show 'Drop the NEWBEAT' and SBS's fan showcase 'JeLLo Anatomy'. Remarkably as debut rookies, they released a regular album alongside two pre-release tracks, both of which garnered great acclaim from K-pop fans through their artistic music videos.

Additionally, NewBeat unveiled their first original content 'NEWBIETRAP' episode 1 via their official YouTube channel on the 2nd. It features the members' mission to complete a 100km run, attracting significant attention. Furthermore, they successfully wrapped up events such as the '2025 Love Some Festival', 'Seoul Spring Festa Opening Celebration Seoul Wonder Show', and 'KCON JAPAN 2025', solidifying their position as a '5th generation emerging boy idol group'.

NewBeat is set to meet global K-pop fans through a variety of stages and online and offline content.
