Actress Jin Seo-yeon revealed the behind-the-scenes story of her appearance in the movie 'The Drug King,' based on her husband's recommendation.

The broadcast of MBN's 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2' on the 23rd featured guest Jin Seo-yeon, who chatted with Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube.

On that day, Jin Seo-yeon related to the movie 'The Drug King,' which made her name known, "When I went for the audition, I styled it like Boryung. I went with wet hair, hoop earrings, and smoky makeup. During filming, I styled my hair myself," and expressed, "I'm going to rise to prominence in Korea with this. My acting is over. I had a long period of anonymity, and I did my best. I felt I couldn’t do more."

Jin Seo-yeon said, "The period of anonymity was too long. I thought it was my last work. Since these are people I would never see again, I did it my own way."

When asked about the pressure of taking on a bold role, Jin Seo-yeon noted, "The Drug King originally had nudity. My husband said, 'It's really cool. You should do it,' so I did."

Jin Seo-yeon recalled the conversation at the time, saying, "At first, when I saw the script, I said, 'I can’t do this.' I thought, 'This is too intense, it won’t work?' But my husband replied, 'What are you talking about? It’s really cool, you should do it.'"

Hearing this, Jun Hyun-moo was surprised and asked, "Is your husband artificial intelligence?" Kwak Tube chimed in, asking, "Is he a foreigner?" Jin Seo-yeon also laughed, stating, "He’s Korean, but his demeanor seems foreign."

Furthermore, Jin Seo-yeon shared about her first meeting with her husband, saying, "We met while dancing at a club in Itaewon. He is seven years older than me. Since neither of us drinks much, we enjoyed dancing while standing and ended up meeting." She revealed that they registered their marriage three months after they met.
