WDBZ proved their exceptional skills on the global stage.
WDBZ dazzled at the '2025 WORLD OF DANCE (WOD) CHINA & WORLD DANCE CAMP' held in Shanghai, China, from 17th to 22nd. All members were specially invited to showcase their performance at the largest dance competition in the world, and leader Bata thrived as a judge.
The guest show vividly displayed the status of WDBZ. WDBZ captivated the audience with an overwhelming performance, mixing NCT U's 'Baggy Jeans' and Jennie's 'like jennie.' Dancers aspiring to be the best in the world received a warm applause and exclamations from the audience.
In addition, workshops conducted by Bata, In-kyu, and the members attracted around 100 students per session, creating a crowded scene. They shared their philosophy as artists, covering topics such as performance creation, planning, and directing, gaining empathy from the attendees. They returned after meaningful contributions in special stages, workshops, and as judges at WOD.
Bata of WDBZ said, “I didn’t realize that K-pop choreography was so popular in China,” adding, “It was an honor to showcase Korean dance, and I’m grateful for the invitation and would like to express my gratitude to everyone who warmly responded.”
'WOD' is the world's largest dance competition program where over 100,000 dancers gather in major cities across North America, Asia, and Europe to determine the best.
