On this day, Lee Yeon-bok, Monsta X's Shownu, and Jooheon met with Turkey's rising star chef, Sinem Ozlelez. Chef Sinem introduced herself by saying, "I am the Lee Yeon-bok of Turkey." Chef Sinem prepared various dishes for Lee Yeon-bok, Shownu, and Jooheon.

The three enjoyed various dishes, including manti made with Turkish-style lamb filling. Jooheon, moved by the taste of manti, said, "It feels like fried dumplings. I love dumplings. It's so delicious."

On this day, Lee Yeon-bok unveiled a new Korean recipe using Turkish cuisine. He noted, "There are many similarities between Turkish and Korean food," and garnered attention by preparing tteokbokki. Chef Sinem mentioned that young people in Turkey have recently come to like tteokbokki.

Lee Yeon-bok mentioned that he would make tteokbokki using Turkish dishes köfte and manti. He brought out gochujang, and Chef Sinem remarked curiously, "It's similar to Turkish sauce."

Lee Yeon-bok sautéed green onions and onions on a large iron plate, adding gochugaru and soy sauce. He also added Turkish beef bone broth and oyster sauce. Chef Sinem commented, "It's not too spicy." In response, Lee Yeon-bok added gochujang, causing everyone to burst into laughter.

Chef Sinem called all the restaurant staff to try the tteokbokki. One staff member evaluated, "This is a flavor my mom would love. It's my first time tasting this, and it's surprisingly delicious."
