Actor Choi Soo-young announced the arrival of summer through a photoshoot.
Recently, the June issue photoshoot and interview featuring Choi Soo-young and fashion magazine "W Korea" were revealed. In the photos, Choi Soo-young showcased a perfect figure, capturing attention. Choi Soo-young, who flawlessly pulled off bold outfits such as a denim top, mini skirt, and bodysuit, revealed her talent as a photoshoot artist.
In an interview following the photoshoot, Choi Soo-young noted that it required courage to take on the first title role in the currently airing drama "Second Shot at Love." She explained, "I had the desire to perform in a way that conveys everything. While filming 'Second Shot at Love,' I wanted to attempt acting where people could immediately read my emotions by looking at my expressions." She added, "The type of acting that makes viewers not want to change the channel involves making one more expression and slightly more expressive acting, so I approached filming with the mindset to really 'give it my all.' After doing that, I think my fear has somewhat diminished."
Regarding her approach to the character 'Han Geum-joo,' she stated, "Each actor has a different method of approaching characters, but I first think about the character's profession. Since 'Geum-joo' is a mechanic, I imagined her to have a lighthearted disposition, never shying away from tough work, and having a strong competitive spirit since childhood." Choi Soo-young explained, "Given that 'Geum-joo' handles machines, she would be very sensitive and must have worked hard to be able to drink well among men due to social circumstances, so she probably couldn't live without alcohol. Thinking this way helped outline the character to some extent."
Meanwhile, the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama "Second Shot at Love," featuring actor Choi Soo-young, airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 p.m.
