The group ENHYPEN is making a comeback with their new song 'Bad Desire (With or Without You).'
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, Niki) revealed the tracklist for their mini-album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' through the team’s official SNS at midnight on the 22nd. According to this, the new album consists of a total of eight tracks, including the title song 'Bad Desire (With or Without You),' 'Flashover,' 'Outside,' 'Loose,' 'Helium,' and 'Too Close.'
The title track 'Bad Desire (With or Without You)' expresses a dominating desire of wanting to make you a vampire. As it is a song that spans the album's narrative of not being able to suppress and expressing desire in a deepening love, it raises expectations for ENHYPEN's dangerous and fatal charm. Cirkut, who produced ENHYPEN's hit songs 'Bite Me' and 'Brought The Heat Back,' has teamed up once again, signaling the birth of a masterpiece. An English version reinterpreted with more intuitive and sensual lyrics will also be included.
Throughout the tracks, various forms of desire envisioned by ENHYPEN are embedded. The first track 'Flashover' conveys a message that the longing for you grows stronger, igniting into an uncontrollable blaze. 'Outside' is a song that directly expresses the desire to make you a being like myself, with a member from a new group under Big Hit Music, set to debut in the third quarter of this year, participating in the lyrics and composition.
'Loose,' which was pre-released last April, is also included. 'Loose' garnered attention upon release for expressing the razor-thin emotional line towards you with ENHYPEN's sexy vocals. The new album is expected to receive a great response from fans, as it also includes a Korean version of 'Loose.'
The fifth track 'Helium' is a song that compares the air I breathe when I fall in love with you to 'helium,' showcasing member Jay's overall involvement in producing, writing lyrics, and guitar playing, demonstrating his musical capabilities. 'Too Close' captures the thrilling feeling that my reason might disappear with the closeness between you and me as the thematic lyrics.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will release a preview of the entire mini-album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' on the 23rd, allowing fans to listen to some parts in advance. The new album will be simultaneously released worldwide at 1 p.m. on the 5th of next month.
