Comedian Park Bo-mi has welcomed her second child after overcoming the pain of losing her 15-month-old son. The arrival of new life after enduring difficult times has drawn much support from many people.

On the 22nd, Park Bo-mi announced her pregnancy on her social media, saying, "The little sibling is here!" She expressed her heartfelt emotions, saying, "God has given us a precious and valuable new life as a gift! The blessing that came during the snow-laden Lunar New Year was nicknamed 'Seolbok-i.'

She continued, "I first sent my beloved Simon to heaven and then experienced two miscarriages. Going through those times, I started in vitro fertilization and deeply realized that carrying a life is by no means a given or an easy task. I felt anxious, then okay, and my heart had its ups and downs like a worried doll, but now the baby is growing healthily. I am really, really, really × 245784546134 happy," she said, expressing her sincere feelings.

Park Bo-mi married soccer player Park Yo-han in December 2020 and welcomed her first son, Simon, in February 2022. However, in May 2023, Simon passed away tragically from cardiac arrest due to a fever. At that time, Park Bo-mi expressed her deep sorrow, saying, "The hospital asked me to decide to part with my child. I knew in my head that I had to let go, but it was so sad to think that I would never see my sleeping child again."

Thus, the couple made every effort to have another child. In January, Park Bo-mi shared, "I am undergoing in vitro fertilization to have a baby. I went through three retrieval processes to obtain embryos that passed the PGT test, and finally obtained a passing embryo to proceed with the first frozen transfer at the end of December 2024." However, she added, "I prayed to God at every moment, preparing with the intention to completely entrust it, but the result was '0.20,' indicating non-pregnancy. At that moment of confirming the result, tears that I had been holding back poured out," revealing that the first round of in vitro fertilization did not lead to pregnancy.

Fortunately, a new life soon came to the couple. A close aide to Park Bo-mi told OSEN, "They tried natural conception and in vitro fertilization several times but faced psychological and physical difficulties after two miscarriages. They even did embryo culture up to five times," adding, "They received good results from the last procedure and are currently in a stable phase."

Furthermore, she added, "I have been very cautious about revealing the pregnancy. It's been a long time, and I am also a bit excited. I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and slowly sharing the news with friends."

After experiencing an unforgettable loss, new life has returned. Many people are sending warm support to the Park Bo-mi family as hope blooms again.
