The time of suffering for Ham Eun-jung in 'Queen's House' has begun.
In the 18th episode of the KBS 2TV daily drama 'Queen's House' (directed by Hong Seok-goo, Hong Eun-mi / written by Kim Min-ju / produced by Flying Entertainment, Ascendio), broadcast at 7:50 p.m. on the 21st, Kang Jae-in (played by Ham Eun-jung) became embroiled in the schemes of Hwang Gi-chan (played by Park Yoon-jae) and a homeless person (played by Lee Bo-hee).
In this broadcast, Jae-in, who had collapsed due to abdominal pain, woke up from anesthesia and checked on the child's condition, but sensed the fact of the miscarriage from the subtle expressions of Suk-ja and Do Yu-kyung (played by Cha Min-ji). Ultimately, Jae-in's appearance, weeping in guilt for not being able to protect the child, left viewers deeply moved. However, amidst this, Suk-ja shifted the responsibility to Yu-kyung and drew public outrage.
As Suk-ja's true colors began to reveal themselves, she caught the viewers' attention. Believing only the fortune teller's words, Suk-ja suspected that Jae-in was having an affair and, after receiving a call from Kim Do-yoon (played by Seo Jun-young), became convinced that her suspicions were right. Moreover, she began a full-fledged plot to seize control of YL Group with her son Gi-chan, increasing the tension.
Kang Se-ri (played by Lee Ga-ryeong) also visited Suk-ja, saying, "I am prepared to devote my entire life to making Gi-chan the chairman of YL Group. No, I’m willing to risk my life for Gi-chan," thereby shaking Suk-ja's heart, while also mentioning the relationship between Jae-in and Do-yoon, stoking the flames of conflict.
Meanwhile, Jae-in found herself enduring a harsh life as a daughter-in-law without understanding the reason. Suk-ja officially began to execute her schemes to support her son's ambitions. She made Jae-in wash blankets and used her allergy to create awkward situations. Subsequently, Jae-in, caught up in Suk-ja's plans, pleaded her innocence, but even her husband Gi-chan reacted coldly.
On the other hand, the meeting between Jae-in and Do-yoon at Kim Do-hee's (played by Mi-ran) mausoleum also drew attention. Do-yoon learned that Jae-in had visited the mausoleum every week, leaving bouquets. As Jae-in swayed while complaining of dizziness, Do-yoon supported her and Jae-in asked him to call a taxi.
At the end of the broadcast, Jae-in witnessed the affectionate interaction between Gi-chan and Se-ri alongside Do-yoon, escalating the drama's tension to its peak. This drew curiosity about how the four individuals entwined in the whirlwind of fate would unfold in the future.
Viewers watching the broadcast reacted passionately, saying, "Ham Eun-jung's weeping performance is so sad," "I'm curious about the past of Suk-ja and Yoon-hee," "Does Jae-in now know about Gi-chan and Se-ri’s relationship?" "Suk-ja seems the worst," "I want to see Jae-in's revenge soon," "What is going on with the gaslighting in Gi-chan's family?" "It's getting more interesting! I'm looking forward to the next episode."
