Cho Yi-hyun and Choo Young-Woo are starting their fateful 'rough' first love in 'Gyeonwoo and the Fairy.'

The new tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Gyeonwoo and the Fairy,' which will premiere on June 23 (Monday), announced on the 22nd that it has unveiled a meaningful 'first meeting' poster for MZ shaman Park Seong-ah (played by Cho Yi-hyun) and the 'unlucky icon' Bae Gyeon-woo (played by Choo Young-Woo), who is destined to die.

'Gyeonwoo and the Fairy' is a romance story about a boy with a doomed fate and a MZ shaman girl who tries to prevent it, based on the popular webtoon of the same name. Park Seong-ah, a high school shaman who defies fate for her first love, and Bae Gyeon-woo, who will defy his fate through the ordinary happiness she brings, are expected to deliver a fresh thrill. The episodes featuring K-ghosts, which are as unique as their personalities, add an extra layer of fun.

Above all, director Kim Yong-wan, known for his stylish directing through various genres like 'Windfall,' 'Method,' and 'If You Say Your Wish,' partnered with writer Yang Ji-hoon, and the meeting of 'first love material' Cho Yi-hyun and Choo Young-Woo alone excites drama fans. Attention is focused on the first love rescue romance that Cho Yi-hyun and Choo Young-Woo, who reunite after three years since 'School 2021,' will complete.

Choo Young-Woo transforms into Bae Gyeon-woo, who is fated to die since birth and brings bad luck. Not easily shaken by most incidents, he was once noted as an archery prospect. Due to always fighting against misfortune, he appears rough on the outside, but he is kind and warm on the inside and begins to experience changes in life after meeting high school shaman Park Seong-ah.
