Hanni, who postponed her marriage to psychiatrist Yang Jae-woong following a patient death incident, has shared her efforts to calm her mind. Many are offering support as she discovers more about herself through yoga.
On the 22nd, Hanni posted several photos of herself practicing yoga on social media with the message, "Just do what you can. That saying was welcomed, and I came to like yoga."
In the photos, Hanni is focused on yoga. Wearing form-fitting workout clothes, Hanni displays a peaceful expression as she calms her mind.
Hanni said, "I can just do what I can? I have always found it hard to just 'do what I can.' Of course, asanas in yoga are important, and executing those asanas matters. But to me, yoga is a time to practice just doing what I can."
She added, "I am learning little by little how to be kind to myself. I breathed, I flowed, and that was enough for today."
Hanni halted her activities after a patient death incident occurred at Yang Jae-woong's hospital in May of last year. The fact that A was hospitalized for addiction treatment to diet pills and passed away 17 days later became public two months after the death, leading to speculation and claims that Hanni, who was engaged, could not have been unaware of this news, resulting in her decision to stop her activities. Consequently, Hanni also withdrew from the entertainment program she was set to appear on. As a result, Hanni and Yang Jae-woong postponed their marriage indefinitely due to the impact of the patient death incident.
