In the video, Kim Nam-joo first showcased her house, boasting a beautiful garden and a neat yet classic interior. Kim Nam-joo said, "The house is really neat, but there are so many things needed while living here. When raising children, the small living room was filled with kids' items. Now that they are bigger, there were a lot of knick-knacks instead of toys, but before the shoot, I pushed everything into another room."
Kim Nam-joo explained, "The garden is bigger than the house. I couldn't demolish the frame when building the house, so I built it as the old dwellings and it's not that big. It has been 20 years since this house was built. The exterior is 20 years old, and I've changed the living room floor once or twice since it got moldy and dirty."
As it is a house she has lived in for over 20 years, she has a lot of affection for it, but did she have thoughts of moving? Kim Nam-joo said, "I liked dwellings more than villas, and I love having a yard with flowers. So I had no desire to move."
When asked what she mainly does at home, Kim Nam-joo responded, "I love being at home so much that I often fidget. When the kids are away, I think I make the most kimchi. When the kids studying abroad come back, they most often look for kimchi stew, kimchi, and budae jjigae."
She continued, "(After the children went abroad) at first it was a bit comfortable, but that didn’t last long. I felt a little empty as my tasks disappeared. Now, I've gotten used to it. I often drink with my husband and good people at restaurants. I think it would be nice to go to our favorite restaurants together through our channel."
