Mixed martial artist turned broadcaster Choo Sung Hoon clarified that he has no plans for a second child.
Recently, composer Yoon Il-sang released a video titled "Album release with 1.7 million Ajossi" on his YouTube channel "Producer Yoon Il-sang."
In the video, Choo Sung Hoon, who connected through "handsome trot," visited the studio. While talking during a mukbang, the production team asked, "Since we are all single, do you have anything you want to say?"
Choo Sung Hoon noted, "I don’t understand the meaning of getting married. I think there is no meaning. About 200 years ago, there was nothing like that. Looking at humans, it’s not that one person likes another because of their DNA. This is how the times are, and I believe that there will be no marriage culture in 100 years."
Yoon Il-sang pointed out the contradictory attitude, saying, "Didn’t Choo Sung Hoon say not to do YouTube when he reached 1 million? Then he says not to get married when he gets married," which elicited laughter.
Choo Sung Hoon commented, "Why do I have to get up in the morning and eat three meals? If I'm hungry, I should eat, but marriage is something you can choose for yourself; it’s not something that must be done. I don’t think it must be like that." Yoon Il-sang added, "It’s worth trying once. Even if you go, it’s worth trying once." Choo Sung Hoon further stated, "There are good and bad aspects. Experiencing living together changes your perspective."
Especially, Choo Sung Hoon said, "Having a child definitely feels different. It’s just that; everything else is a personal choice." When asked about plans for a second child, Choo Sung Hoon said, "No," and added, "I don’t want any more children. I haven’t had a vasectomy. I haven’t tied anything."
