The new KBS2 Wednesday-Thursday drama 'The First Night With the Duke' (written by Jeon Seon-young, directed by Lee Ung-hee and Kang Soo-yeon, produced by Studio N and Monster Union) will premiere on June 11 and is a 'no brake' romantic fantasy drama where a supporting role inhabited by the soul of an ordinary female college student spends a night with the strongest obsessive male lead from the novel.
In the drama, Seo Bum-jun plays Jung Soo-gyeom, a young official from a prestigious family and the youngest scholar of the Hall of Worthies. He is the only friend of the main character Kyungseong-gun (Ok Taek-yeon), who has a prickly personality, but their personalities and dispositions are completely opposite. With a gentle and kind nature, he is set to capture the hearts of women in the Joseon era, showcasing the perfect traits of a supporting male lead.
