Actor Ahn Jae-wook's side has requested to take precautions against a 'no-show' scam impersonating employees.

On the afternoon of the 19th, Ahn Jae-wook's agency, JAYB Entertainment, announced through its official website that "Recently, a scam has been rampant where someone impersonates entertainment companies to make restaurant reservations and then engages in no-show activities, and an incident of impersonation of actor Ahn Jae-wook and our agency has occurred."

It was further explained that "The impersonator is currently claiming to be an employee of our agency, particularly in the restaurant districts of Hapcheon and Yangsan in Gyeongnam Province, as well as Mokpo in Jeonnam Province, sending forged and manipulated business cards to commit fraud under the pretense of organizing gatherings."

The agency warned, "JAYB Entertainment strongly denounces the act of impersonating our employees and will respond sternly to fraudulent activities," adding, "Our agency does not make reservations at external restaurants using our company's name or the names of our actors. We do not request advance payments for purchasing alcohol or goods, nor do we make monetary demands."

Additionally, the agency referred to a contact number and name stating, "This is not our employee," and requested that in case of any incidents, they report immediately to 112.

Lastly, Ahn Jae-wook's side stated, "We kindly ask small business owners to remain vigilant to prevent any damage."

Meanwhile, Ahn Jae-wook is currently granting a role in KBS 2TV's weekend drama "For Eagle Brothers."
