He said, "I was doing the first broadcast, and I had no clothes because I did the laundry that day. I thought the stylist would bring the clothes for the broadcast and went wearing my younger sister's tight pants."
Shin Sung-woo said, "Since I was a newcomer, they told me just to get on stage for the pre-recording. The next day, when I went to another broadcast, they told me to wear tight pants again," laughing as he mentioned that the tight pants fashion became his trademark.
Shin Sung-woo spoke about the song 'Seo-si,' which became very popular. He said, "I want to say that the song came out in an instant. I made it in 10 minutes," adding, "At that time, my friend who played guitar was whining because his girlfriend went abroad to study, saying he missed her."
Shin Sung-woo said, "That day, I had a bowl of gamjatang and a glass of soju, and because it was raining, I felt strange. A colleague was playing guitar. While I was going to the bathroom, I told him to just stay there. I sat on the sofa and made it right away."
Shin Sung-woo said, "I lived behind the middle school, and the boys were singing 'Seo-si' while linking arms. I thought that if I created a song, I had to take responsibility for it to the end."
Shin Sung-woo mentioned that he participated in the lyrics and composition of all songs since his first album, noting that he has registered over 120 songs for copyright, which drew attention.
Meanwhile, on this day, Shin Sung-woo noted that his eldest son did well on an exam, drawing attention as a gifted student. He said, "He took an exam and ranked in the top 20 nationwide," mentioning that he is in the top 0.1%.
Shin Sung-woo said, "If he says he’s going to Harvard, I'll shoot him a lot of cash," causing laughter. He also mentioned that he has set financial plans for his two late-born sons through royalties.
