Actress Lee Mi-sook, 65, has opened a YouTube channel and revealed her daily life for the first time. Unlike her charismatic and elegant image in works, a different, realistic and down-to-earth charm has emerged, catching attention.

On the 15th, Lee Mi-sook opened her personal YouTube channel "Sookseureoun Misuk-ssi" and uploaded a home tour video as her first content. In the video, she stood in front of the camera at a dwelling in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. A neighbor even notified the production crew, who had mistaken the address, saying "Lee Mi-sook lives here," indicating that her residence was already a well-known spot in the neighborhood.

Inside the house, she welcomed the crew with her older sister. When her sister became conscious of the camera, Lee Mi-sook said, "You're only filming me anyway. Just sit there," making the atmosphere lively with her characteristic humor.

Her down-to-earth charm was also felt throughout the house. Lee Mi-sook, who said she only wears sportswear, commented, "I put on a t-shirt for this. I usually don't do that," while revealing her spacious and neatly organized home along with her statement that "I need to be able to do everything by myself now."

What particularly caught attention was her wardrobe. Instead of high-end suits or dresses seen in dramas, sportswear dominated, and she stated, "After working elegantly dressed for over 12 hours a day, I don't want to do anything in the remaining time. I want to feel completely liberated. I don't even have cosmetics. There are only basic skincare products," indicating that she doesn't pay much attention to grooming herself.

Lee Mi-sook revealed her voluminous white hair, which she hasn't dyed, enhancing her charm.

Even for her, 'luxury goods' existed. In a corner of her wardrobe, Hermes boxes were neatly stacked, and Lee Mi-sook smiled, saying, "Isn't this something everyone has?" She continued, saying, "Now I carry lighter eco-bags more often. (Luxury bags) are too heavy to carry. I've organized everything," explaining her feelings about the remaining items, saying, "It's a little difficult to organize, so I keep them."

Finally, Lee Mi-sook conveyed a sincere message, saying, "The honest reason I started YouTube is to show a 'Sookseureoun' side of my daily life that's a bit different from my works. This is the first time I'm revealing my house where I live alone. I will approach people as just Lee Mi-sook without any burden. It feels awkward because it's the first time, but my sincerity is in it."

Meanwhile, Lee Mi-sook has been active as a representative actress of South Korea for decades, and she drew attention for portraying a strong villain opposing protagonist actors Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won in the drama "Queen of Tears," aired last year on tvN.

Through this YouTube channel, expectations are high for her to show a side of human Lee Mi-sook, not just as an actress.
