The group ENHYPEN heightened expectations for their comeback with visually striking content.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, Niki) released concept photos for the 'MAKE' version of their mini album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' on the team’s official SNS at midnight on the 17th. As this album depicts a deepened desire for 'you,' the concept for this mini album is the most daring and bold among the various images ENHYPEN has shown before.
In the 'MAKE' version, the theme reflects the anxiety of desire potentially putting 'you' in danger, leading to self-restraint and control, yet this very restraint fuels an ever-growing possessiveness. To convey this, two contrasting elements were expressed: the cold exterior and the boiling inner self, revealing a dramatic twist.
The members' luxurious yet cool vibe is striking. Dressed in suits, ENHYPEN used masks, ropes, and more to illustrate the repression of their desires. In contrast, the image of the inner expression of desire showcases ENHYPEN’s dynamic poses faithful to their instincts.
Prior to unveiling the concept photos, ENHYPEN posted a concept film to enhance immersion. The members' presence in a space imbued with a cold atmosphere creates a significant mood. The sensuous visuals and heavy beats amplify ENHYPEN's chic charm.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will present the concept photos and films for 'YOU', 'MINE', and 'ENGENE' versions from the 17th to the 21st following 'MAKE.' A tracklist poster will be revealed on the 22nd, and an album preview will unveil on the 23rd. The highly anticipated new album and title track music video will be released at 1 p.m. on the 5th of next month.
