In ’20th Century Hit Song,' songs that will make parents clutch their necks will be revealed.

Tonight (16th) at 8:30 p.m., KBS Joy’s ’20th Century Hit Song' episode 265 will introduce mega hits that have revealed enormous revenue, under the theme ‘The smell of money wafting~ “Wow!” songs that make you exclaim.’

In the beginning of the broadcast, Lee Mi-joo explains, ‘Do you know the common point of the three songs, APT., Roaring, and Dynamite?’ and adds, ‘APT. generated 13.3 billion won in streaming revenue, Roaring achieved 10.5 billion won in album sales, and Dynamite is estimated to have a revenue scale of about 245.7 billion won.’

On that day, Kim Jang-hoon’s ‘I’m a Man (2001)’ will appear. During the broadcast, it was relayed that music critic Lim Jin-mo noted, ‘During the transition from 1999 to 2000, the biggest interests of female college students were either god or Kim Jang-hoon,’ mentioning the popularity of Kim Jang-hoon at that time.

It was introduced that Kim Jang-hoon’s annual income during his prime was around 8 billion won, and both Kim Hee-chul and Lee Mi-joo could not hide their surprise.

Kim Hee-chul said, ‘At that time, I had more than 300 events a year, and I appeared in about 40 to 50 advertisements, and all my advertising revenue was donated.’ He added, ‘I like to give to people around me, so I have often gifted staff with cars. In total, it was 19 cars.’ To this, Lee Mi-joo added, ‘It is said that he also once wrapped 5 million won in newspaper and gave it to his manager.’

When anchor Lee Dong-geun asked about the most expensive gift he gave to his staff, Kim Hee-chul responded, ‘I give a lot for wedding gifts. How much they must have suffered being beside me. I wonder if I could have received this much love without the staff?’ creating a jovial atmosphere while trying to induce sentiment.

Meanwhile, Kim Hee-chul remarked, ‘The music video for ‘I’m a Man‘ was a hot topic,’ increasing anticipation by mentioning that actor Cha Seung-won appeared in the music video as a character opposing Kim Jang-hoon.
