"Tastefully Yours" has taken the top spot on Netflix, with Kang Ha-neul captivating hearts as a chaebol second generation character with two contrasting charms.
In the Genie TV original "Tastefully Yours" (planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by Shortcake, created by Han Jun-hee, written by Jeong Su-yoon, directed by Park Dan-hee), Kang Ha-neul (playing the role of Han Beom-woo) showcases a brilliant performance as the chaebol heir Han Beom-woo, targeting viewers' tastes with his signature everyday acting and intense charisma. He expresses hidden charms beneath his professional facade with a witty performance.
In particular, he heightened the tension with a serious and professional demeanor during intense conflicts over inheritance with his older brother, Han Seon-woo (played by Bae Na-ra), or when leading the business as a director of Moto. Additionally, the character of Han Beom-woo, who went to Jeongje, dropping his pride and mingling with the villagers, added humor with Kang Ha-neul's unique playful and witty expressions.
Above all, Kang Ha-neul built a rich narrative surrounding Han Beom-woo's gradual adaptation as a member of Jeongje, who had previously clashed with Mo Yeon-joo (played by Go Min-si).
