Actress Ko So-young (53) revealed that she and her husband Jang Dong-gun (53) are "not compatible at all."
On the 15th, a video titled "Ko So-young soju recipe reveal (relief from hangover while drinking)" was uploaded to Ko So-young's YouTube channel "That Ko So-young." In the video, Ko So-young shared unmentioned daily anecdotes while dining with staff at her favorite pork belly restaurant and drinking.
In particular, mentioning her fellow actor and husband Jang Dong-gun, who is the same age, she stated that they "do not match." Ko So-young stated that her MBTI personality is of the T type and said, "My daughter Yoon-seol tells me every day, 'Mom, you are totally a T.' My husband Jang Dong-gun is the F type," adding, "We are not compatible at all."
Ko So-young also revealed that they argue daily over alcohol. She noted, "I am not an alcoholic, but he claims to be one. He says, 'You don’t drink at home so you’re not an alcoholic,'" and she added, "When he opens wine at home, he asks me every day to just take a sip, but I don't comply."
She continued, "Men originally want to empathize, but doing it too often is exhausting," adding, "There are too many miscellaneous things to do (at home) for that."
Ko So-young debuted in 1992 with the drama "Tomorrow is Love." She then appeared in the dramas "Mother's Sea" (1993), "A Son's Woman" (1994), "The Beginning of Happiness" (1996), "Memories" (1998), "Blue Fish" (2007), "Perfect Wife" (2017), and films such as "Gumiho" (1994), "Beat" (1997), "If the Sun Rises in the West" (1998), "Yeonpung Yeonga" (1999), "APT." (2006), and "Sister Is Coming" (2007).
She married Jang Dong-gun in 2010. They welcomed a son that same year and a daughter in 2014. She has been running the YouTube channel "That Ko So-young" since last month.
