In "Save Me! Holmes," Brian directly revealed the size and actual purchase price of his dream house, which became a hot topic.

In the MBC entertainment program "Save Me! Holmes" aired on 15th, Brian, who appeared as a guest, shared his current situation of being dedicated to building a house and mentioned his dream house being built in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.

He noted, "I am waiting for the completion more than anyone else," explaining, "Initially, it was supposed to be finished in 6 months, but factors like the monsoon and heavy snowfall, as well as delays in overseas material procurement, have extended the timeline." He added, "Originally, it should have been completed in October to November last year, but it has been 6 months longer and is still in progress," expressing his disappointment.

The house Brian is building is a large mansion comprising a total of 3 floors, including a basement, measuring a staggering 300 pyeong. With high ceilings, open spaces, an outdoor swimming pool, and a home gym, it has attracted attention as a space that realizes "Brian's dream."

However, regarding the rumor of the "10 billion won mansion," Brian stated, "They say I spent 10 billion won, but it would have been possible if it were in Seoul." He revealed, "Here in Gyeonggi Province, the expense was reduced to 4 to 5 times less compared to Seoul," suggesting that the actual expense is around 2 to 2.5 billion won. He also added that he believes it was a very reasonable choice.

During his visit to the Pyeongtaek area that day, Brian remarked, "It reminds me of New Jersey, where I spent my school days," expressing his fondness for the area, saying, "There are many American rental houses and exotic scenery, which makes me feel at ease."
