Members Jimin and Jungkook of the group Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) won an award at the American music awards 'BMI Pop Awards.'

According to the official BMI website on the 16th, Jimin and Jungkook were selected as the winners in the Most Performed Songs of the Year institutional sector at the '2025 BMI Pop Awards,' held on the 13th (local time).

The BMI Pop Awards is an annual ceremony hosted by Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), a music copyright management organization established in 1939. It honors songs that have achieved outstanding success in the pop music field, as well as the creators and music publishers.

The institutional sector for the most performed songs this year selects the top 50 songs that were played and broadcast the most on radio, TV, performances, and digital platforms in the United States over the year. This year, 51 songs were selected. Among them, Jimin and Jungkook each made the list with two songs.

Jimin's songs 'Like Crazy,' the title track from his first solo album, and 'Who,' the title track from his second solo album, were selected. Jungkook's songs '3D,' a solo single featuring rapper Jack Harlow, and 'Standing Next to You,' the title track from his first solo album, were selected.

In particular, Jungkook won in this institutional sector for the third consecutive year, following his collaboration with Charlie Puth on the song 'Left and Right' in 2023 and 'Seven' in 2024.
