Freelancer Kim Dae-ho expresses envy toward Brian, who owns a 300-pyeong large dwelling in the metropolitan area.

Today (15th), on the MBC entertainment show 'Save Me! Homes' (abbreviated as 'Homes'), singer and broadcaster Brian heads to Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, with Kim Dae-ho and Yang Se-chan for a local property tour.

This week features a 'local property tour in Pyeongtaek' where they will visit various regions with local residents. In the past, 'Homes' has attracted attention by visiting very special local properties with residents from each city. The local property tour in Pyeongtaek will be led by Brian, a representative broadcaster of Pyeongtaek, with Kim Dae-ho and Yang Se-chan.

The three are headed to a quiet housing complex in Pyeongtaek. From a spot where beautiful pear blossoms can be seen, Brian says, "For the first time on broadcast, I will reveal my new house." He notes, "The interior is not completed yet, so I can't show it, but I can reveal the garage and backyard."

Yang Se-chan, seeing the striking exterior of the large dwelling and the stunning front yard, exclaims that it looks like America. In contrast, Kim Dae-ho remarks, "Looking at the house just adds to my stress. My house looks 'poor'. I am so envious."

The three move to the backyard and discover an enormous outdoor pool. This pool is a remarkable depth of 2.5m, which is rare for a private home. Brian shares that he wanted to make it deep for diving, attracting interest.

Next, the three move to Anjeong-ri in Pyeongtaek. Brian introduces, "This is Pyeongtaek's new town, Anjeong Rodeo Street. I call this place 'Newtaewon'." The street is surrounded by flashy neon signs and features currency exchange offices for U.S. soldiers, all with 100% English signage.

Kim Dae-ho introduces, "Pyeongtaek U.S. military base is the largest overseas deployment base among U.S. military bases. It is 5.5 times the area of Yeouido and 1.6 times that of Pangyo." In response, Brian comments, "When you use a card here, you get a message for overseas approval. You also have to pay a tip of 20-25%, just like in the U.S."

The three visit a bar that is on the market in Newtown. The pub is decorated with a Western feel, reminiscent of a cowboy vibe. While exploring the shop, Brian remarks, "This used to be a regular place I visited. I came back to Newtaewon after six months, and it has changed so much." The show will broadcast tonight at 10 p.m.
