In "I Live Alone," "Dr. Jeopjeok" Lee Jang-woo enters the world of butchery after sauces, knives, and bowls. Attention is focused on whether Lee Jang-woo, who receives teaching from a "butchery master" and challenges himself to dismantle meat, will succeed.
The MBC show "I Live Alone" airing on the 16th, directed by Heo Hang, Kang Ji-hee, Park Soo-bin, Kim Jin-kyung, Lee Kyung-eun, and Moon Gi-young, will reveal Lee Jang-woo's entry into the world of butchery.
Visiting a butcher shop in Hwaengseong, known as the mecca of Korean beef, Lee Jang-woo meets the welcoming "butchery master." He announces, "I came to learn butchery in search of cuts that can only be tasted at a butcher shop.”
Previously, Lee Jang-woo had not stopped studying and researching gastronomy, from developing various sauces to knives and bowls. Expectations are already building for his activities now that he has finally entered the "world of butchery."
After seeing the dismantling demonstration by a "butchery master" with 15 years of experience, Lee Jang-woo is surprised to see the amount of special cuts he had only eaten before, exclaiming, "Is that much for me?" His attempt to challenge himself in dismantling meat, after receiving guidance from the "butchery master," has also been captured, as his struggles in front of the enormous meat elicit laughter. Flustered, he says, "It's not moving at all," and "This isn't ordinary skill," implying that he's yielding to the challenge.
Meanwhile, the "butchery master" reveals the top beef cuts considered the best in the butchery industry to Lee Jang-woo, drawing attention. Additionally, Lee Jang-woo mentions that he needs shapes and cuts that he has never tried before for important guests, leading to the expectation that he will showcase a surprising "Korean beef flex" that surprises even the "butchery master."
Lee Jang-woo's challenge in dismantling meat, after entering the "world of butchery," can be seen in the episode of "I Live Alone" airing at 11:10 p.m. on the 16th.
