The two start to dream of a new future while supporting each other’s dreams. During this time, an opportunity arises for Nanyoung to go to Mars again, leading to a poignant conflict as they face an unexpected farewell. Jae’s remark, “Answer me, Nanyoung. Please promise me to only think of coming back safely,” conveys his sincere affection and concern for Nanyoung, which is touching. Additionally, the tagline, “In 2050, a tender romance that shines until the end in the cosmos, between Mars and Earth, even if we can’t touch each other,” evokes a stirring emotion as it combines with the imagery of Nanyoung and Jae rushing towards each other. Particularly, the involvement of Kim Tae-ri and Hong Gyeong, who wholeheartedly contributed from character building to live-action filming and voice acting, elevates the project’s quality. As director Han Ji-won stated, “There were scenes inspired not only by references for acting but also informed by character development and the actors' movements,” Nanyoung and Jae’s narrative, brought to life through the free movements and detailed expressions of Kim Tae-ri and Hong Gyeong, will offer a high level of immersion.
