Singer and actress Jeong Eun-ji brought laughter with her tear-soaked bagel eating broadcast.

On the 14th, Jeong Eun-ji challenged herself to quit flour, referred to as "the devil's powder," in the KBS2 Wednesday-Thursday drama '24 Hour Health Club' (written by Kim Ji-soo, directed by Park Jun-soo and Choi Yeon-soo).

'24 Hour Health Club' is a comedic romance featuring a highly motivated fitness enthusiast, Do Hyun-jung (played by Lee Jun-young), who drastically corrects the lives of worry-prone new gym members. Jeong Eun-ji plays the role of Lee Mi-ran, a new gym member who entered the gym after a shocking breakup.

Mi-ran, who is in charge of the live market for a Hawaii travel product organized by her company, declared she would quit flour in order to diet. She suggested a bet to Hyun-jung, who mocked her by saying, "You won’t be able to do it," stating, "If I can't quit, I will dance during the live broadcast. If I succeed, please eat tteokbokki with me," expressing strong confidence.

Scenes depicting Mi-ran happily eating tteokbokki, pizza, and pasta, as well as her moving through a ceremonial breakup with her beloved flour, were shown. The image of Mi-ran throwing flour into the food waste bin while screaming in agony evoked a great laugh.

Mi-ran, who was cherishing the bagel gifted by her Director General while walking, was pickpocketed by a passerby who took her bagel bag. She chased after the thief, shouting, "Thief!", but as the gap increased, hope faded. At that moment, Hyun-jung appeared and managed to tackle the thief and retrieve the bagel bag.

Mi-ran burst into tears while sitting down with the bagel bag, saying, "I am a flour addict, I am a flour slave." Hyun-jung, watching her, said, "You deserve to eat," took out a bagel, and fed it to Mi-ran, whose face broke into the happiest smile in the world.

Jeong Eun-ji displayed her charming appeal that effortlessly made viewers laugh with her comedic performance, giving a cheerful relief from the day’s fatigue.
