In 'New Menu Launch Restaurant,' Ha-young reveals her 10 pyeong (approximately 35 square meters) studio living alone.

On the 16th, KBS 2TV's 'New Menu Launch Restaurant' (hereafter referred to as 'Restaurant') will feature new chef Ha-young's first appearance. Ha-young gained recognition as a rising star for her detailed acting in the series 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call,' which premiered in 2025 and recorded global popularity. As it is Ha-young's first variety show, expectations are high for what kind of cooking lifestyle and charm she will showcase on 'Restaurant.'

The VCR featuring Ha-young that will be revealed that day starts in a mysterious room full of various belongings. What catches the eye next is a mysterious figure curled up and sleeping on the cluttered floor of the narrow room. It was none other than the protagonist, Ha-young. Moments later, Ha-young jumps up and, upon spotting the camera, exclaims, "Oh my, what should I do!" appearing flustered before fixing her messy hair and cutely greeting, "Hello," which elicited laughter. Nevertheless, Ha-young's radiant bare face beauty captivated attention.

It turns out this was Ha-young's 10 pyeong (approximately 35 square meters) studio apartment. Originally living with her parents, older sister, brother-in-law, and niece in a six-person extended family, Ha-young began living alone recently to focus on her acting practice. She said, "I haven't been here long, so I haven't organized my things yet. It's a mess, so please don't misunderstand," laughing heartily.

In fact, the day-to-day life of Ha-young that was revealed exuded a charm of being 'easygoing,' 'cheerful and bright,' and 'having a fearful sociability.' When she completed a delicious dish, she celebrated with cheers and a dance, while also laughing loudly at small situations, which made the staff around her laugh along. Additionally, in the cozy studio, Ha-young demonstrated her sociability by sharing food with the staff within half a day, creating a warm and delightful scene. Ha-young remarked, "I'm quite easygoing, which makes the company worry about me," bringing more laughter.

Ha-young's incredible cooking skills are the most crucial point of interest. Even when making a single ramen, she cooks with her unique recipe, prompting the 'Restaurant' crew to jot down her recipe, and she goes beyond the level of home-cooking by fermenting seasoned cabbage with her tips, showcasing her remarkable skills. Chef Lee Yeon-bok, who watched Ha-young's VCR, praised her, saying, "I felt it was 'genuine.' A treasure has been found for 'Restaurant.'"
