Actor Lee Seung-shin confessed that she had suffered due to a rapid increase of 11 kg.

On the afternoon of the 14th, Lee Seung-shin revealed stories, including how she was cast in a work by director Park Chan-wook, a 'master of the film industry,' and her experience of gaining 11 kg on TV CHOSUN's 'Perfect Life.'

Lee Seung-shin noted, "There have been too many things happening to me in the past two years. Maybe because of menopause, I gained 11 kg," adding, "As I have a profession where I need to show my face, I think 52 kg is a good weight, but I ended up gaining up to 59 kg. After that, I developed shingles, a thyroid nodule, and hyperlipidemia. Normally, I can return to my original weight after starving for just 2 to 3 days, but that’s not working, nor can I control my food intake. I can't control my diet."

She continued, "I've been exercising for over a year, but since my weight won't go down, I'm losing my mind. I'm frustrated because my clothes don't fit," and added, "I've recently gotten closer to my goal weight while officially starting a diet. But I came here to ask for advice on whether the method I'm using is okay."

Lee Seung-shin indicated that in her self-diagnosis for toxin symptoms, she matched five criteria: "dark complexion, emotional instability, insomnia, difficulty controlling emotions, and indigestion."
