Actor Wi Ha-jun is joining the support for "Shark: The Storm."

On the 13th, the production team of the Tving original series "Shark: The Storm" (written by Min Ji, directed by Kim Gun) released still cuts announcing Wi Ha-jun's special appearance. Attention is focused on what kind of performance Wi Ha-jun, who exudes unchanging charisma, will deliver.

"Shark: The Beginning," released in 2021, is Tving's first original movie based on a legendary action webtoon and has garnered significant attention. After four years, it has made a comeback as a six-episode series, attracting great anticipation.

"Shark: The Storm" features a stormy showdown between "Cha Woo-sol" (played by Kim Min-seok), who is training to become a mixed martial arts fighter after being released, and the notorious villain "Hyun Woo-yong" (played by Lee Hyun-wook). As Cha Woo-sol fights to survive, he overcomes fear and limitations, growing to confront a new "evil" in order to protect his loved ones. The thrilling action amidst an expanded scale provides overwhelming catharsis.

Above all, the appearance of Jeong Do-hyun (played by Wi Ha-jun), who exudes a heavy presence, heightens expectations. Jeong Do-hyun was a mixed martial arts champion but ended up incarcerated after experiencing the tragedy of losing his family. Notably, he served as the "mentor" to a weak Cha Woo-sol in "Shark: The Beginning," awakening his potential and showcasing a powerful "brochemie."

In the released photos, Cha Woo-sol and Jeong Do-hyun showcase their enduring "mentor-mentee" bond. The two, who were prison inmates, are seen facing each other through the glass of a visitation room. The smiling interactions between them reveal a poignant connection and bond that remain unchanged despite the passage of time.

However, in the following photos, Jeong Do-hyun's cold expression hints at a twist, intensifying curiosity. What incident could be hardening Jeong Do-hyun's expression? The meaningful advice he may leave for Cha Woo-sol and the anticipation surrounding their heartfelt reunion stimulate excitement.

Ahead of the release of "Shark: The Storm", Tving is offering the original movie "Shark: The Beginning" for free until the 15th. The Tving original series "Shark: The Storm" will be fully released on Thursday, the 15th, on Tving.
