Singer Kim Jaejoong revealed that he suffered from a hacking incident involving his financial platform account.

On 12th, Kim Jaejoong announced through the official fan platform "From" that his Kakao Pay account had been hacked on 7th. He noted that the account password was changed arbitrarily by the hacker, and he was unable to respond because he did not know the new password.

During this process, Kim Jaejoong said he contacted customer service several times to resolve the issue, but the problem was not resolved even after a call lasting over an hour. He pointed out, "The person who hacked the password changed it, so why do I have to know that?" indicating that the victim is in a situation where they must prove their own damage.

Kim Jaejoong also shared the absurd experiences he had while seeking counseling. He said, "I was told they would connect me to another consultant, so I asked which department it would be, and it turned out to be the same place I called initially. My mental state collapsed," adding, "I know the consultants are struggling, but this system is too flawed."

Fortunately, this hacking incident was resolved in two days through account cancellation and withdrawal. Kim Jaejoong stated, "It has been confirmed that there are no additional monetary damages," but added, "It was truly a frightening day."

Recently, Kim Jaejoong became embroiled in rumors of having assets amounting to 1 trillion won. In response, he explained, "They included all the cars I've driven for 20 years on the asset list. Real estate can come and go, and I sell cars and buy others," adding, "If I included everything on the asset list, it would amount to 1 trillion won, but I can't earn that much, and such a structure doesn't exist."

However, Kim Jaejoong revealed that he has been using a black card, which is issued only to the top 0.05% VIPs in South Korea, for about 12 years, proving his financial prowess.
