In the 'Resident Playbook', Seung-kyu Jo and Mi-do Jeon made a surprise appearance, bringing laughter.

In the episode aired on 11th, the scene of Lee Ik-jun (played by Seung-kyu Jo) arriving at the emergency room with glue stuck to his hand was depicted.

That day, Ik-jun, who came to see Jeong-min (played by Bong-ryun Lee) with glue on his hand, said, "It was really difficult to get here. Please take care of me," and Jeong-min couldn't help but laugh, saying, "How did it come to this?"

Ik-jun explained, "There was glue on the desk. But I accidentally pressed the glue with my elbow. The glue overflowed, and I quickly tried to catch it with my hand, and this happened," and Jeong-min warned, "If you damage your hand, you'll be unemployed."

In response, Ik-jun repeatedly asked Jeong-min, and Jeong-min contacted someone, saying, "But can this be seen by the surgery department? Oh, there is a specialist. They are currently at our hospital."

The person Jeong-min called was Song-hwa (played by Mi-do Jeon), who happened to be at the hospital organizing a paper and was surprised to see Ik-jun, saying, "I told you we would meet at the camping site later. Why are you here?"

Ik-jun showed cuteness to Song-hwa, saying, "I got glue on me," and Song-hwa, feeling upset, expressed concern. At that moment, Ki-seon (played by Ji-yoon Son), who heard the news, came to see Ik-jun, greeted Song-hwa, and complimented, "You've become prettier." Ik-jun then showed his foolish side, saying, "Exactly. Song-hwa gets prettier every day."

Seeing the sweet interaction between Ik-jun and Song-hwa, Ki-seon slightly asked Jeong-min, and Jeong-min replied, "Did you not know? Your first love and one of your last loves is Song-hwa. It’s been a while, did you not know?"
