Seo Jang-hoon from 'My Little Old Boy' revealed the reason he decided to marry after just three months. For him, who was experiencing severe burnout due to panic disorder, the presence of one person marked a turning point in his life.
On the 11th, during the broadcast of SBS’s variety show 'My Little Old Boy,' Seo Jang-hoon shared the reason for his marriage decision.
On that day, Seo Jang-hoon shared, 'In January of this year, my panic disorder worsened, and I went to the hospital,' adding, 'I had been taking medication for 10 years, but I was in such a condition that I needed to increase the dosage. I was completely broken down.' He noted, 'I wanted to confide in someone, but it was especially hard to talk to those close to me,' explaining, 'Then, while scrolling through my phone contacts, I saw that person's name and sent a message without thinking.'
Seo Jang-hoon recalled, 'I just sent, “By any chance, are you free?” and they greeted me warmly. When I suggested having a meal, they immediately replied, “How about tomorrow?”' Hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon smiled, saying, 'The other person also had feelings for you.'
The two had a meal and talked, with Seo Jang-hoon saying, 'I am an emotional type, but that friend is, so to speak, a female version of Seo Jang-hoon,' explaining, 'When I shared my struggles, they provided straightforward answers. That demeanor was comforting to me.'
'After that, we continued to talk on the phone, and just talking to this person felt healing to me,' he said, adding, 'I thought that if I married this person, I could live without any more stress.'
In response to Seo Jang-hoon’s heartfelt confession, Shin Dong-yeop said, 'I’m grateful to that person,' while Seo Jang-hoon and Kim Jun-ho offered warm encouragement, saying, 'You truly found the right match.'
