In the 9th episode of the tvN weekend drama 'Resident Playbook' (hereafter referred to as 'Resident Playbook'), the struggles of Oh Yi-young (Go Youn-jung) with Myung Eun-won (Kim Hye-in) were depicted.

Oh Yi-young met with producer Jang Young-seok (Na Young-seok) to receive an explanation about the program. At that moment, Myung Eun-won brought in an emergency patient. The producers were touched, and Myung Eun-won was given an interview. Myung Eun-won spotted an emergency maternal patient while shopping at a department store and took the ambulance with her. The patient was very touched and expressed a desire to give birth with Myung Eun-won, to which Myung Eun-won humbly responded, 'You don't have to.'

Oh Yi-young began preparing for the delivery of the maternal patient who was looking for Myung Eun-won. Although she contacted Myung Eun-won about the maternal patient's condition, which had not progressed at all for two hours, she could not reach her. Oh Yi-young urgently looked at the ultrasound and, seeing the baby, covered her mouth in shock. She said, 'The patient needs to get on her stomach, but it's hard because she's still facing upward. She needs to push much harder than now.'

Oh Yi-young called Myung Eun-won, saying, 'The baby is not coming down at all. I've really worked hard. I'm still pushing. The maternal patient is exhausted.' Myung Eun-won replied, 'Now you want to do surgery?' Oh Yi-young continued to persuade her, saying, 'I know this is the worst situation, but I think we need to do surgery.' Finally, Myung Eun-won found the maternal patient. They immediately headed to the operating room, and Myung Eun-won continued the surgery as if nothing had happened. After finishing the surgery, Myung Eun-won, with her masked face, gave good advice to Oh Yi-young and left her stunned.

Oh Yi-young opened her resignation letter while listening to classical music. In the resignation, she wrote, 'I request to resign as I can no longer tolerate the tyranny of Myung Eun-won.'
