Meanwhile, broadcaster Lee Sang-yong collapsed on the 9th after visiting a hospital near his home due to a cold and was urgently transported to Seoul St. Mary's Hospital for emergency treatment, but sadly passed away at the age of 81.
However, due to the fact that the bereaved family was residing in Hong Kong and that there were no available venues, the funeral was arranged on the 10th, the day after his death. The family rushed back upon hearing the news.
The funeral for the deceased is scheduled to be held at 9:40 a.m. on the 12th, and the burial will take place in Yongin.
