On the 9th, Nam Ji-hyun stated, "I have not given up on acting and I'm looking ahead," sharing a photo with the text, "I applied to Korea National University of Arts graduate school last year but failed the second round."
The released photo shows Nam Ji-hyun's admission ticket for the 2025 academic year at Korea National University of Arts, where she applied for the general track for the theater and acting departments. She showcased a certification photo of herself arriving at the barre shop she opened, stating, "When a space I've imagined for three years becomes reality, I learn that nothing is a given. When I focus on sweating, not only do endorphins come out and make me happy, but I also feel good in giving warm words of healthy energy to those who supported me in the past, which I am happy about now."
Meanwhile, Nam Ji-hyun debuted in 2009 as a member of the girl group 4Minute and began her acting career in 2010. 4Minute officially disbanded in 2016.
