Jun Hyun-moo has embarked on a project to boost immunity.
On the 9th, the MBC entertainment program 'I Live Alone' aired the second part of the special 'Spring Rainbow Refresh,' featuring Jun Hyun-moo's 'Immunity Enhancement Project.'
On this day, Jun Hyun-moo got up at 6 a.m. and immediately poured himself lukewarm water. At this moment, Ahn Jae-hyun, seeing Jun Hyun-moo with tape on his lips, asked, 'Pacifier?' and Jun Hyun-moo explained, 'I’ve been wearing it since I got laryngitis, and I have been resting with it for a few days.'
Jun Hyun-moo shared, 'Overall, my energy has significantly diminished. Ever since I got laryngitis, my immunity has dropped, and it has been lingering for a long time. In the past, even if I felt sick, I would go to the hospital and get a few shots, and I would recover immediately. But these days, as my basic stamina is decreasing, I notice that recovery takes longer, and it has been affecting my work.' Park Na-rae, having witnessed this, empathized, saying, 'Even with an IV, it takes more than a week.'
He continued, 'While age plays a role, I believe it’s also due to my immunity. Understanding how important immunity is, from now on, I will carry out the Immunity Enhancement Project. I will look for ways to improve everything from diet to lifestyle habits.'
