Actress Kim Bo-ra has divorced after 11 months of marriage.

On the 10th, Kim Bo-ra's agency, Noon Company, stated, "We convey an official position regarding actress Kim Bo-ra's divorce. First, we sincerely apologize for bringing this news to many who have shown warm support."

They further explained, "Actress Kim Bo-ra proceeded with the divorce process amicably after thorough discussions and mutual agreement following careful consideration, and recently completed all procedures, and we earnestly ask for refraining from indiscriminate speculation, sensational reporting, and the spreading of false information regarding this matter."

Previously, Kim Bo-ra and director Jo Ba-reun held their wedding ceremony in June 2024. They became a couple after collaborating as director and actress on the film 'Gwaegimansion' in 2021, and made the decision to marry after three years of dating.

At that time, the wedding's congratulatory song was performed by Kim Bo-ra's close friend, Lee Soo-hyun of AKMU, and guests such as actors Kim Hye-yoon, Jin Ji-hee, Shin So-yul, Lee Joo-myung, and Jo Hyun-a of Urban Zakapa attended to bless the couple.

However, the couple went their separate ways after 11 months of marriage. The agency did not mention a specific reason for the split, but reports suggest that their separation was due to personality differences.

On the day the divorce news broke, Kim Bo-ra shared an update on her social media without further comments. She posted photos taken in the waiting room and around Jeonju from the previous day's closing ceremony of the 26th Jeonju International Film Festival.

Meanwhile, Kim Bo-ra began her acting career in 2005 through the drama 'Wedding,' and has since appeared in films such as 'The Director and the Jangsu,' 'The Legend of the Town,' 'Monster,' 'Time Slip,' 'Goodbye Summer,' 'Moral Sense,' 'Ok-su Station Ghost,' and dramas like 'Jungle Fish 2,' 'The Lady's Fragrance,' 'SKY Castle,' 'Her Private Life,' and 'Flowers Blooming in the Sand.'

Director Jo Ba-reun won the Korean Fantastic Short Film Award at the 21st Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in 2017 and has directed films such as 'Vibration,' 'Gang,' 'Blow, Wind,' and 'Gwaegimansion.'
