This summer, the movie 'Big Deal' (distributed by SHOWBOX, produced by The Lamp) will open the theater's peak season, and the 국민 소주 (national soju) 'Top Soju,' a connector between Jong-rok and In-beom, will actually be launched on May 21 (Wed).

'Top Soju,' which connected the entirely different two characters Jong-rok (Yoo Hae-jin) and In-beom (Lee Je-hoon) in 'Big Deal,' announces its official launch as a 국민 소주 (national soju).

'Top Soju' is a new product that KUKBO Group ambitiously presents in the movie 'Big Deal,' which In-beom tasted for the first time at the factory and said it was 'smooth and fresh.' Through a special promotion with Bohae Brewery, 'Top Soju' is being launched as a real product, featuring the unique visual of the top label with the two men, Yoo Hae-jin and Lee Je-hoon, who appeared in the film. It will be released with a capacity of 360ml and an alcohol content of 15 degrees.

The release of 'Top Soju' from 'Big Deal' is a bold attempt initiated by Bohae Brewery since it promoted the movie 'Taxi Driver.' As a new product from KUKBO Group, which holds the number one sales rate for soju in South Korea, Top Soju will be available in convenience stores in the Seoul metropolitan area. Details regarding the launch of 'Top Soju' will be available later through SHOWBOX's official SNS.

Meanwhile, the movie 'Big Deal' tells the story set during the 1997 IMF financial crisis, where Jong-rok, the financial director whose life is tied to the soju company, and In-beom, an employee of a global investment firm who solely pursues performance, vie for the fate of South Korea's national soju, and it will be available in theaters nationwide on the 30th (Fri).
