This summer, the film "High Five" (directed by Kang Hyoung-chul, distributed by NEW, produced by Annapurna Film) will bring cool laughter and thrilling action to theaters, unveiling six character posters.

The most anticipated film of this summer, "High Five," has released six character posters that generate excitement with the unique characters' vibrant activities and their superpower chemistry. "High Five" is a comic action story about five individuals who accidentally gain different superpowers through organ transplants, facing those who seek their abilities.

The released character posters are eye-catching, featuring unique characters in unusual poses displaying their superpowers against a backdrop of intense colors. First, 'Wan-seo,' who received a 'heart' transplant and gained superhuman strength, promises impactful action with her dazzling kick, reminiscent of a Taekwondo girl. 'Ji-sung,' who obtained superpower wind after a lung transplant, captures attention with his powerful momentum that can blow everything away and his flowing hair. Additionally, 'Seon-nyeo,' who received a 'kidney' transplant and flaunts her newfound beauty, piques curiosity about her yet-to-be-revealed superpower, while 'Yak-seon,' who gained the ability to heal all ailments after receiving a 'liver' transplant, raises expectations for his refreshing exploits with his 'Healing Hands.'

Meanwhile, 'Jong-min,' who stands out among the superhumans with the line "Aren't you a transplant recipient?" will captivate the audience with the most powerful ability a father can wield for his only daughter, 'Wan-seo.' Lastly, 'Young-chun,' who gained youth after receiving a 'pancreas' transplant, exudes an overwhelming aura with a gaze that seems to penetrate everything, creating tension.

Having revealed a variety of character posters, the film "High Five" will meet audiences in theaters on June 3 (Tuesday).

Meanwhile, the film's main star Yoo Ah-in made a rapid return to the screen with the film "Winning," which was released in March.

He was indicted without detention for violating the drug management law (psychotropic substances) after administering propofol 181 times from 2020 to 2022 and illegally receiving prescriptions for sleeping pills under another person's name 44 times from 2021 to 2022. Following an appeal, he was sentenced to one year in prison, two years of probation, a fine of 2 million won, a forfeiture of 1.548 million won, 80 hours of community service, and 40 hours of drug treatment lectures before being released. However, the prosecution has submitted an appeal, and the case is now pending a ruling by the Supreme Court.
