Lee Seung-hyup showcased a perfect character synchronization through "Spring of Youth."

Lee Seung-hyup played the role of Seo Tae-yang, a medical student at Hanju University and the only son of the hospital director, who became the Director General of the band club in his freshman year solely based on his skills in the SBS youth drama "Spring of Youth," which aired on the 6th and 7th.

In that episode, the scene depicted Seo Tae-yang, previously known as "Hanju University Spring," face off against the real Spring (played by Ha Yu-jun), engaging in a tense psychological battle. Seo Tae-yang, starting with a jam battle against Spring, eventually goes on to form a band with him, even running away from home to continue band activities despite his father’s opposition, raising curiosity about future developments.

In this context, Lee Seung-hyup expressed the varying temperatures in his relationships with various characters appearing in the drama, broadly portraying Seo Tae-yang's character. In particular, during the jam session scenes, he revealed his skills as a leader of N Flying without reserve, enhancing the drama's immersion.

Having proven his stable acting skills in dramas such as "Nevertheless," "Shooting Star," "On Your Mark," and "Mom's Friend's Son," Lee Seung-hyup showcased a more diverse character play through "Spring of Youth." With his role as a central axis in this work, expectations have risen for Lee Seung-hyup's new acting transformation.

Meanwhile, the SBS youth drama "Spring of Youth," featuring Lee Seung-hyup, airs every Wednesday at 10:40 p.m.
