Comedian Jeong Ju-ri has started her postpartum diet.
On the 7th, Jeong Ju-ri posted a video titled "I finally started my postpartum diet" on her YouTube channel.
In the video, Jeong began by weighing herself, which was 79.7 kg. She said, "If I pump and take off my top, I could be 79 kg." She revealed, "I thought I was starting at 78 kg, but the day before yesterday, I was 77.9 kg."
Jeong said, "After gaining weight and having bad knees, a young lady recommended slow jogging to me. I’m not sure if this is right. I’ll try to start low-intensity aerobic exercise without overexerting myself," and she went jogging.
After buying diet foods at the market, she also did strength training at the gym. On the 5th day of her diet, she weighed 76.5 kg. She successfully lost 3.2 kg in 56 days.
Jeong stated, "76.5 kg is my weight just before getting pregnant. It feels like a fresh start. I’ve lost all the weight I gained during pregnancy. In three days, my son will turn 100 days old, and by then, I plan to have lost all the weight I gained during pregnancy," adding, "I passed the first goal. Yet, there’s still a long way to go." She continued to exercise and increased her expectations for weight loss.
