On the 8th, a post was shared on an online community claiming that Tom Cruise was seen at a café in Gongdeok-dong. One netizen shared a photo and video on social media, noting the 'probability of suddenly encountering Tom Cruise while walking down the street after drinking.' The photos and videos he posted showed Tom Cruise greeting crowds cheering for him and taking selfies with young fans.
Despite the sudden gathering of crowds, Tom Cruise showed no signs of being flustered and responded warmly. Another netizen remarked, 'Tom Cruise didn't just go to the café today; he also ate chicken at the chicken shop next door,' adding, 'It seemed like he stayed for over an hour.'
Earlier, around 4:20 p.m. on the 7th, Tom Cruise entered Gimpo International Airport on a private jet. He is visiting to promote his upcoming film, 'Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning' (Mission: Impossible 8), which will be released on the 17th.
